Our collaboration with adidas has been in the works for 18 months. We looked to the past not as nostalgia, but as legacy, channeling the bold kits of the 80s and 90s, old-school varsity flair, and terrace culture to create something timeless.

Starting with a silver and red palette (a nod to Liverpool’s 1988/89 third kit), we layered in embroidered logos, subtle jacquard patterns reminiscent of 90s Monaco and Arsenal, and a pinstripe detail lifted from our Lennox tailoring programme, reimagined for the pitch.

The result is a kit that’s equally at home in terrace culture or your personal wardrobe. The chain-stitched “PFC” script adds a softer, feminine twist to a traditionally masculine silhouette a true meeting of eras, styles, and identities.

Because legends never retire, we cast Gill Sayell, an iconic Lioness from the 1971 Women’s World Cup, in our campaign video. She embodies everything the kit stands for: heritage, individuality, and strength. A true trailblazer, Gill brings the story full circle, connecting past and present in a way that feels effortlessly Peachy.
