DELIVERY

Domestic Shipping                                       

Standard (3-5 business days): Royal Mail FREE 

Next Business Day (before 1pm): DPD £4.95

All orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 working days of an order being placed with Royal Mail Tracked. Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed before 1pm. If a Next Day Delivery order is placed after 1.00pm on a Thursday it will be sent on the Friday and arrive Monday at the latest. If ordered on a Friday after 1pm, or over the weekend, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.

International Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 working days of an order being placed. International shipping, timing, and rates are dependent on each country.

For these deliveries, you may be subject to charges by your country's customs department via our couriers. Please note that as the recipient you are responsible for all import fees which can vary depending on the country. These are all visible at the checkout for your review during purchase. 

If you have any further queries on this we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

To note:

PRE ORDER: Please check if your items are on a pre-order basis as these won't be shipped until the date stated on the product page. We aim to meet all initial delivery dates but on the odd occasion we can't, we will update the delivery description on the product page.

BANK HOLIDAYS: We cannot ship parcels on a Bank Holiday. We are closed Thursday 2nd June and Friday 3rd June for Spring Bank Holiday. 

EASTER DATES: No parcels will be shipped on Good Friday or Easter Monday.

RETURNS

Returns & Exchanges:

We understand that there may be occasions when you want to return items that are not suitable and we are very happy to help you chose a replacement or return the item (within 14 days).

Items must be returned to us in the condition you received them:

  • Items must show no signs of wear; please take care to avoid the transfer of make-up when trying on garments.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unmarked in any way. Please be careful when trying on garments to avoid make up or fake tan transferring onto the fabric. To qualify for a return the items must be free from any signs of wear or tear, Unfortunately, we can not accept any item for return which is damaged due to staining (food, makeup, sweat, etc.) or scent (perfume or body odor). We do our best to accept all returns, however, in case the return is in unsuitable condition, we may not accept it. And thus, we will return it to the sender.

  • Items must be returned to us with tags attached. There must be no signs of tampering with the labels or tags.

  • Items that have been altered at the customer’s request are unable to be refunded or exchanged.

Faulty items may be returned and this will not affect your statutory rights.

Please note:

Sale items are final and can not be returned. They can be exchanged only.

Sample sale policy

Items purchased in our online sample are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please select items carefully to avoid disappointment as we can’t accept these items for return. 

This does not affect your consumer rights.

Faulty items may be returned and this will not affect your statutory rights.

 

How to return & exchange items:

Domestic return- (UK ONLY)

START RETURN

Follow the steps at the portal to request your return. Please include the original order packing slip in the return package. Once your return has been created, you will receive a return shipping label via email to post your items back with. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at your closest location. 

For exchanges, your replacement items should shipped within 2 days of receipt of the returned goods. The charge for returning a parcel is £4.00. This will be taken from your refund.

Original shipping costs are not refunded. 

International return- (EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD)

If your order number begins with GE, please click on the link below to request your return: 

START RETURN (International) 

Follow the steps at the portal to request your return. Please include the original order packing slip in the return package. Once your return has been created, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at your closest location or arrange a collection. 

Unfortunately, we aren't able to process exchanges for these orders.

Please note that return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Other order numbers:

Please proceed to complete our returns form and send your items back to our warehouse with the form inside using a courier of your choice. We recommend you keep hold of proof of postage.
