How to Return
Skip the Return, Tailor Your Fit! If your item doesn't fit perfectly, don't worry. We offer tailoring and repairs so you can enjoy your purchase longer. Click to learn more (only available in the UK).
How to Return: For UK returns, generate a label via our portal, take it to a Royal Mail post office (no printer needed). Returns have a £3.50 fee for refunds/store credit, exchanges are free.
International Returns: Generate a label and drop off at specified points. See below for return fees.
Return Policy:
- 14-day return period from delivery.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, with tags.
- Online sample sale items are final.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability.
- For gift returns, please provide order details.
- No returns for pop-up event purchases or altered items.
- Refunds processed within 10 days.
- Bank processing time: 5-10 days.
- Original shipping costs not refunded.
- Faulty items may be returned.
- We're not responsible for lost parcels sent outside of our portal.
