How to Return

How to Return: For UK returns, generate a label via our portal, take it to a Royal Mail post office (no printer needed). Returns have a £3.50 fee for refunds/store credit, exchanges are free. Please note, we are unable to process refunds for in-store purchases online. 

International Returns: Generate a label and drop off at specified points. See below for return fees.

Return Policy: 

  • We offer return for refund / exchange / store credit for UK orders.
  • Sale items are final and not eligible for returns. 
  • Orders placed between the 25th November and 25th December are eligible for extended Christmas returns can be returned until the 15th January.  
  • We offer return for refund only for International orders. 
  • 14-day return period from delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, with tags.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.
  • For gift returns, please provide order details.
  • No returns for pop-up event purchases or altered items.
  • Refunds processed within 10 days.
  • Bank processing time: 5-10 days.
  • Original shipping costs not refunded.
  • Faulty items may be returned.
  • We're not responsible for lost parcels sent outside of our portal.
